Yes — every feature is free right now, with no credit card and no usage limits. We'll always keep a free plan for individual tutors.
Who is Tutitor for?
Independent tutors, freelance teachers, and small learning centers or studios who manage their own students, schedules, and billing.
Do parents or students need an account?
No. You share a secure invoice link and parents open it in a browser — no sign-up required. You can revoke a link any time.
Which currencies and languages are supported?
The app and invoices work in English and Vietnamese, and you can bill in USD, EUR, GBP, or VND — with per-student overrides.
How does billing handle no-shows?
Each session has a status. Completed bills at the student's rate, Excused adds nothing, and Unexcused bills at a penalty you configure (100%, 50%, or 0%).
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and every tutor's data is isolated from everyone else's. We design with GDPR and COPPA in mind.
Does it work on my phone?
Tutitor is mobile-first and built for one-handed use between lessons — it runs in any modern browser, no install needed.
