Terms of Service

Tutitor provides scheduling, attendance tracking, and billing tools for private tutors, including an optional Google Calendar and Google Meet integration for video sessions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Connecting your Google account is optional. When you connect it and mark a session as video, you authorize us to create and manage calendar events with a Meet link on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your settings or from your Google account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Some features may require a paid plan. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and any changes will be presented to you before they take effect.

The service, including its software and content (excluding your data), is owned by Tutitor and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutitor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
